Prices exclude tax. Meta's per-message charges are billed separately by Meta, at Meta's rates — we don't mark them up.
What you actually pay
Two bills, and we only send one of them.
Running WhatsApp officially always costs two things. Providers who quote a single all-in number are either marking up Meta's rates or hiding them until you've signed up.

The platform subscription
A flat monthly or yearly fee for the software: the shared inbox, campaign sending, automation flows, AI replies, catalog, forms and reporting. It doesn't change with how much you send — only your plan limits do.

The messages themselves
Meta charges per template message you send, at a rate set by the template category — marketing, utility or authentication — and the recipient's country. Replies inside the customer service window aren't charged. This is billed to your own WhatsApp Business account, directly by Meta.
